Job Description:

• Perform customers’ orders processing and arrange for shipment

Job Requirement:

• At least 1 - 3 years of sales support or inside sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
• Knowledge of automotive products, parts, and industry terminology.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collect detailed sales, customer visit, new customer, and competitor information for reporting during weekly catch-up calls with the KAM and Sales Director.
• Collaborate with the technical and product development team to gather customer feedback and drive product improvements.
• Source, analyze, and qualify a strategic pipeline of new and profitable business opportunities, and develop proposals and presentations for key stakeholders.
• Maintain a database of prospects and customer activity utilizing appropriate tools and systems.
• Prepare and manage a sales budget, forecast, and track KPI targets, pipeline, and revenue objectives.
• Work closely with field sales colleagues and key stakeholders to identify and develop commercial initiatives and secure new business opportunities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction and prepare and submit formal business tenders and proposals.
• Stay informed about industry and competitor trends and bring forward fresh ideas for new business opportunities.
• Maximize networking opportunities to increase awareness of the company.

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in IT and Microsoft Office, engineering terminology, and understanding of engineering drawings.
• Exceptional customer service ethos and strong sales techniques.
• Knowledge of engineering/engineering background
• Understanding of sealing technology and applications across a broad section of industries
• Expertise in providing sealing solutions to a wide range of industry/market sectors
• Degree qualification or equivalent, preferably in an engineering or technical-related qualification
• Formal recognized sales qualification (or working towards), e.g. ISMM
