Responsibilities:

• Handle all operational matters and work closely with sales team to ensure fulfilment of sales
• Generate Sales Order upon completion of sales for call centre and online orders
• Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
