Mission of the role:

The E-commerce marketing lead is responsible for the management & optimization of our e-commerce/shopify websites. The candidate must be able to conduct data analysis to generate data-driven market insights, to then work with various teams to implement and increase both revenue & profitability of the shopify websites.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and directly manage all e-commerce/shopify websites and its online activity in order to generate sales and acquire traffic. This includes but not limited to, daily maintenance, campaign execution, and price updates.

Sales Account Executive/Manager

We are looking for an energetic and experienced sales account executive to support clients and manage sales activities. The responsibilities of a sales account executive include maintaining client relationships, overseeing the sales process, and acting as a point of contact.

To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge of CRM software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. Ultimately, a quality sales account executive should demonstrate great customer service skills, strong business acumen, and problem-solving skills.

Sales Account Executive Responsibilities:

• Managing accounts for long-term success.

Sales Account Executive Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in business, marketing, or similar.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative marketing and communication strategies, plans and approaches to the market
• Create and manage special events and campaign calendar
• Initiate new creative solutions to support company's business operation
• Creating of marketing material and proposal kits
• Responsible for content management and oversees company's various social media profiles and respond to reviews/enquiries
• Lead in outreaching to different partners and digital platforms for branding and marketing opportunities
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing Mass Communications, Creative Media Design, Digital marketing, Marketing, Advertising and relevant fields
• Preferably work experience in handling E-commerce platform
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator and video editing software
• Knowledge in other word processing and web analytics tools will be an advantage
• Creative, detail-oriented, proactive and result-oriented
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
