Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Marine Equipment Wholesaler
• Position Title: Sales Support Admin
• Working Location: Tuas West
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5.30 pm (One Saturday per month, 9 am – 12 pm)
• Salary Package: Up to $3000 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating the sales team by preparing quotations, following up with the order process till receipt of payment, filing documents.
• Support the end-to-end daily commercial operations aspect.
• Coordinating the operations team for the arrangement of engineer(s) onboard the vessel locally/overseas.
• Handle customers' disputes or complaints and minimize such occurrences.
• Prepare sales report for management review.
• All other duties as assigned by the Manager.
