• Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach
• Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
• Recruit sales representatives, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance
• Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them
• Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress

About your role

• Serve as the technical expert and trusted advisor to manufacturing customers around automation solutions.
• By applying subject matter expertise, you build and maintain client relationships and solve their complex automation challenges.
• Collaborate with sales and technical team members to help identify, progress, and close commercial opportunities.
• Develop sales processes and build relationships with stakeholders to design and offer solution that solve customer pain points.
• Attractive commissions will be awarded.

Requirements

• Experience in robotic engineering and simulation work is preferred.
• Strong understanding of robotics and automation related products.
• High willingness to learn and take ownership.
• Ability to effectively communicate product value propositions, negotiate commercial contracts, and close deals.
• Comfortable with travelling internationally for work.
• Ability to take initiative and self-manage to achieve key objectives and company KPIs.

• Salary: $3500 - $4000
• 5 Working Day: Mon – Fri
• Working Hour: 830am - 615pm
• Location: Yio Chu Kang
• Variable Bonus

Responsibilities:

1) Implement marketing campaigns and ensure proper execution of these activities

2) Support and execute all marketing activities to support Sales Team to achieve set targets

3) Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies that will help achieve set targets

4) Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, below the line and above the line advertising etc.), and promotional events

5) Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competitors

6) Keep close contact with customer bases to assess latest customer trends and behaviors

7) Copywrite contents for marketing campaigns

8) Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of promotional activities

9) Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors in the development and delivery of marketing tools and collaterals

10) Track performance of the marketing campaigns using various metrics

11) Compile and analyze data collected from the marketing campaigns

12) Collaborate with reporting HOD in preparing budgets and monitoring of marketing expenses
