Marketing & CRM Manager
Job Overview:
Responsible for
- Formulating marketing strategies, development, and implementation of marketing A & P programs, that includes brand campaigns, new product launches and marketing communications;
- Development, execution, and continuous refinement of multi-channel relations and the development of customer relation roadmaps.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Working in collaboration with the dealer principal on new strategies and business plans;
- Continually monitoring, testing, revising, and updating marketing campaigns for Sales and Aftersales;
- Analysing short and long-term campaigns, translating quantitative data into recommendations, and developing plans for new and revised campaigns;
- Defining cooperation partners to work with (e.g., events, product placement);
- In-charge of all Point-of-Sale materials and showroom assets through monitoring and ordering from the dealer principal;
- Asset deliverable management, as well as the testing of all SMS and emails, among other multi-channel communications;
- Manages and drive customer data quality, and compliance with Personal Data Protection Act;
- Formulates and oversees 360 customer life cycle and touchpoints, including retention, loyalty, and advocacy marketing strategies;
- Collaborating with sales, aftersales, customer service and operations teams to improve the customer experience;
- Conduct post-campaign analytics for the purpose of realizing recommendations for future CRM campaigns;
- Working with IT to manage CRM system and data warehousing;
- Monitoring and analysing Principal led surveys received from Sales/Aftersales customers;
- Managing, evaluating, and developing marketing executive as a direct report;
- Any other jobs that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Possess substantial knowledge in marketing and CRM segmentation, demonstrates premium and luxury mindset;
- Proficient in cross-functional collaboration, financial and strategy planning, good communication skills, excellent project managerial skills, creative skills, attention to details and a process-focused aptitude that will effectively execute multiple responsibilities and deliverables;
- Possess outstanding interpersonal skills and a positive attitude to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
