Reporting to the Director of Sales, your job responsibilities include, but not limited to:-

Primary Responsibilities

• Revenue generation from Room Sales from the Leisure segment, primarily from travel wholesalers, airline companies and MICE organisers. Maintains and update all accounts and their bookings. Maintains an accurate and updated clients’ database.
• Ensures that the hotel achieves the highest or budgeted rates as set out by the Director of Sales. Keeps & records clients’ profiles updated in the System after sales calls and meetings.
• Establishes a good working relationship with these companies for continuous business.
• Promotes and nurtures good relationships with key accounts of the Hotel and other sources of potential business.
• Maintains and promotes the Hotel’s brand and image.
• Conducts sales calls with Room Sales Managers or meetings with at least 20 to 25 corporate accounts each week.
• Establishes the clients’ preferences and adapts/customizes our packages accordingly. Entertains clients or prospective clients to solicit business for the hotel. Conducts site inspections in the Hotel.
• Ensures and follows up on all payments due to the Hotel within approved credit limits

Secondary Responsibilities

• Follows proper reservation procedures and ensures that the relevant forms are completed timely and accurately.
• Follows up on prospect and tentative bookings to close sale or confirm the bookings.
• Performs any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the management.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business Management / Hospitality Management or equivalent.
• Minimum three 3 to 5 years of sales experience in the hotel industry
• Able to start within short notice
• Able to work independently and a good team player

Overview: -

• Gross Monthly Salary: UP $2800 +VB
• 6 Days (Monday to Saturday)

Your Responsibilities: -

• Perform delivery duties and ensure timely collection and delivery of goods via chiller truck
• Assist in picking, sorting and packing of goods
• Collection of payment from client

• Possess a Class 3 driving license

Specific Responsibilities

• Plan and execute our company's Social Media pages, website, advertising and promotions
• Create written and visual content for the company social media channels to increase company’s social content visibility
• Assist in creating, updating and ensure proper site products and content for social media and listing
• Brainstorm marketing ideas and create initiatives
• Take charge and ensure optimisation of all content through SEO and performance marketing efforts, with the aim of acquiring high-quality traffic to drive conversions
• Monitor content and social media trends as well as the competitive landscape

Competencies

• Outline plans for online media calender to ensure marketing plans are executed timely
• Able to provide reports on online media and analyze online behaviours and effectively plan next marketing activities to capture audiences

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience preferred
• Proficient in Adobe creative software such as Photoshop & Illustrator
• Ability to work independently
• Strong interest in social media will be an advantage
• Excellent command of English, both verbal and written communication
• Good attention to detail
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Experience in producing branded content for web and social media that delivers results
• In-depth knowledge and experience with SEO and web traffic metrics

Responsibilities

• Responsible for establishing, maintaining, and expanding customer relationships in order to achieve positive customer experiences
• Responsible for maximizing revenue opportunities and customer retention.

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Marketing or related
• Min 2 years of working experience in sales support environment with customer relationship and maintenance responsibility
