Job Description
This position reports to the On trade Sales Manager and interfaces with company Marketing manager and team. Specific Responsibilities:
1. Introduce and Sell-in all Company products to customers
2. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
3. Set up meetings with potential clients, and existing customers for customer service.
4. Manage customer's requests and all accounts receivable
5. Responsible for customer complaints, continued purchase and requests.
6. Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
7. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
8. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
9. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
10. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
11. Meet sales target / KPI
Technical Skills and Competencies :
1. Proficiency in English language and Korean Language is a must.
2. Good knowledge of MS Office
3. Good understanding of the industry and our products
4. Learn to understand the Unique Selling Proposition of our products.
5. Good understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
6. Develop the passion for sales
7. Good understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
8. Able to contribute ideas and solutions to problems faced
9. Good personal grooming and professional image

Degree/ Polytechnic Diploma
