Our company is looking to hire a marketing assistant who will be working closely with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for our brands. You will be giving presentations about our ongoing campaigns and provide administrative support to our marketing and sales teams.

Marketing Assistant Manager Requirements:

Your Main Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients repairs and after-sales service

• Achieve individual sales target and assist the team to achieve the boutique sales target

• Provide high standard of customer services to ensure the services meet and even exceed customers’ expectations

• Handle customer enquiries and complaints with professional manner

• Build long term relationship with customers

• Support on the preparation and coordination of in-store events

- The Sales Consultant will take and respond to customer and client enquiries both online and offline, and ensure follow up.

- The Sales Consultant will pursue leads and follow up

- The Sales Consultant advises on product selection, and manages the entire sales cycle

- The Sales Consultant may also assist with invoicing, diary keeping, administration and paperwork for the company.

- Need to be willing to work weekends

Skills & education-

- Ability to produce simple 3D visualisations either by hand or using SketchUp, or some other 3D software to be able to propose customised solutions to customers

- Possess at least relevant A Levels and ideally relevant Professional Certificate/NiTEC.

- Excellent organisation, communication and presentation skills.

- Excellent customer service skills. Good computer skills, MS Word, Excel etc.

- Good level of English written and verbal- Able to work independently, self motivated and proactive.
