Job Overview:
EsseDigital, a company under Esseplore Pte Ltd is a pioneering Digital Commerce Platform for the F&B sector.
We are seeking a Brand and Marketing Manager to spearhead our branding and marketing initiatives for our esteemed clientele.
This role is integral to our mission of transforming the digital presence of businesses within the F&B industry, including restaurants, Ready to Eat (RTE) products, catering services, and food manufacturing.
As the first point of contact for our customers, the successful candidate will leverage their expertise in brand development and marketing to ensure our clients' brands thrive in a competitive landscape.
You will work with our offshore and onshore professional services teams to assist our customers in increasing sales, driving brand retention and customer preference for our customers products.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Leadership : In collaboration with EsseDigital’s clients,
a) Develop/Co-Develop the marketing strategies for the Brands and Products for our clients
b) Establish budgets, performance specifications, and sales budgets on brands managed
c) Implementing strategies (offline and online) that resonate with our client’s target market
d) Build brand awareness and increasing brand value and profitability
e) Increase product sales and market share
f) Measure and report on campaign performance and assessing KPIs and ROI
g) Collaborate with different teams such as marketing, creative, legal, etc
h) Oversee the production of advertisements, promotional materials and mail campaigns.
i) Ensure that messaging and marketing activities are aligned with brand and company values.
Market Analysis : Researching and analysing consumer behaviour, market trends and competitor activity on behalf of EsseDigital’s clients. Work closely with client management on understand the consumer behaviour for client’s products.
Client Partnership: Act as the lead marketing partner for EsseDigital's clients, understanding their unique needs and delivering customized marketing solutions that drive growth.
Brand and Marketing Management: Oversee the brand management and marketing efforts for a diverse portfolio, ensuring consistency and engagement across digital and traditional channels.
Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with our Client’s product, sales, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to commercial success.
Requirements:
a) Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field with a strong digital component.
b) Minimum of 5 years' experience in brand and marketing management, with a significant focus on marketing within the F&B industry.
c) Demonstrated success in developing and executing omnichannel marketing strategies
d) Expertise in client relationship management and the ability to tailor strategies to diverse F&B business models.
e) Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in digital analytics tools and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
f) Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
g) Creative and strategic thinker with a commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.
Familiarity with key digital commerce technologies preferred. You will be required to learn and become an expert on EsseDigital’s Commerce Platforms.
