Job Description

The International Business (Sales & Business Development) will be involved in ensuring the business targets are met and trade marketing activities are implemented accordingly. Working with the distributors on achieving topline business KPIs, the incumbent will ensure that business plans and programs are implemented and executed excellently. In addition to excellent execution, he/she will be responsible for building his/her existing international business portfolio through expansion of products, categories, and/or geography. Qualifications

• At least 10 years' experience in key account management within consumer industries with Regional Market, Commercial, Market Penetration, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector. and Distributor Management experience.

• Trade Marketing experience for consumer products is a must

• Product introduction experience is a major plus
