Job Scope:

• Sales & Leasing of Material Handling Equipment e.g. forklift
• Implementing marketing strategies; and analyzing market trends.
• Monitoring costs, competition, and market demand.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Ability to communicate with Chinese speaking clients

• Handle full set of export shipping documents included Letter of Credit (L/C)
• Process order timely and accurately
• Arrange delivery for both local and overseas order on time and monitoring status of orders
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers and warehouse to arrange shipment
• Generate Sales order, Sales Contract, Delivery Advice/Shipping instruction, Delivery order, Invoice & Packing List through SAP system/Manually
• Process Sales Credit/Debit note

REQUIREMENTS

• Min 3-5 years of working experience as Sales coordinator, prefer candidate with excellent knowledge of full set of export shipping documents included L/C and liaising with supplier, forwarder and warehouse provider are required
• Prefer the person who has experience in SAP system, our SAP version is 'S4 HANA'
• Good team player but able to work independently, with excellent analytical skills, into details, meticulous and willingness to learn
• Candidate who is able to start work immediately is a plus

Job duties and responsibilities:

• Resolving client’s queries regarding se of our coffee machines, recommending and demonstrating use of the right coffee beans for each client’s need.
• Travelling to provide don-site training for luxury hotels and restaurants and ensure the client can make best use of the coffee equipment and products.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills and able to impart knowledge to mixed users of the coffee machines and products. Be able to prepare, plan and conduct training on-site or in our dedicated training site.
• Interact with trainees and create a good training experience and feedback.
• Have of able to learn detailed equipment knowledge to enable machine set up and troubleshooting including temperature setting, water pressure, grind size. Must have good understanding ot coffee beans, roast type, flavour profile, and able to understand how our product range meets the client’s needs.
• Providing follow-up customer care and ensure customer satisfaction. Liaising with our technicians if technical support is required to meet client’s expectation.
• Accompanying the sales team if necessary and be a coffee evangelist and technical presales for prospective clients. Assisting in marketing events, promotions and other events requiring coffee expertise.
• Setting up coffee machine at client’s premises and fine tuning the coffee machine and grinder to operate efficiently and dispense the best coffee.
• Other duties that may be delegated from time to time.

• Preparation of quotations, sample supplies, sales materials etc
• Responsible for new account opening and credit applications
• Handle customer enquiries via emails and phone calls

• Provide professional advice to prospective clients on design concept, material selection and renovation solutions.

• Assist in project management includes documentations.

Job Requirements

• Possess at least ITE/ Diploma or related tertiary qualification in Interior Design.
• Have passion and creative in interior design with at least 2 years of related working experience.
