They are urgentky seeking: Sales Manager (Wholesale)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Key Account and General Wholesale Business Management
• Execution of strategic business plans in Global and Local Key Accounts, as outlined by Management Team
• Work in conjunction with Senior Management in assisting with the execution of the Strategic plans for Global & Local Key Accounts
• Set and achieve Budgeted Net Sales and Margin/Profit targets for business partners within your portfolio
• Build and maintain strong positive relationship with key partners by developing strategic alliances to drive brand share within their businesses
• Ensure 3 year rolling business plans are built for each partner and maintained monthly
• Prepare all sell in and go to market needs for all partners, including price lists, marketing material and other relative business needs
• Conduct monthly business review meetings with each partner within your portfolio
• Maintain & execute monthly Scorecards for each partner
• Provide Monthly Business updates on how Key Accounts are performing against Budget/Plan
• Complete weekly work in progress reports
• Be directly responsible for Key Account sales and market share growth
2. Management
• Manage the complete wholesale business for the Singapore market and provide a supporting function for Key Accounts who transcend the Singapore market into ASEAN
• Management of sales team to service all wholesale accounts
• Form part of the Singapore Senior Management Team as a leader in the business
3. Trade Shows & Travel
• Facilitate seasonal trade shows & sell-in meetings and ensuring all sell-ins are executed in line with business expectations to achieve the strategic goals for the company
• Ensure regular & planned visits to each partner in the market is maintained
• Attend Regional Sales Meetings where required
4. Product/Marketing & Retail
• Build Product & Marketing plans specific to each wholesale partner to drive business strategy and marketplace success
• Work with Singapore Product Manager to ensure all Product needs are met for Key Accounts
• Work with Singapore Marketing Manager to ensure all Marketing needs are met for Key Accounts
• Work closely with Singapore Product & Marketing teams to ensure regular trade visits are conducted to drive business growth and market share gains in Key Accounts
5. Operations
• Work closely with Operations and Customer Service associates to ensue all partners’ orders and business needs are being maintained and executed to a premium standard
• Responsible for ensuring all forecasts and demand planning reports are delivered to the appropriate personal on a timely manner
• Pursue continual operational & business improvement opportunities
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years relevant Sales experience in Sports/Fast Fashion/Footwear industries
- Sales experience across ASEAN will be preferred
- Proven entrepreneurial and commercial skills
- Strong product and selling skills
- Persuasive sales and presentation skills with a strong customer service focus
- Sound experience and tertiary & above education preferred
- Strong numeric, analytical, excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proven negotiation skills and determined self-starter
- Outgoing and sociable with a willingness to spend time with customers
- Ability to travel on a regular basis
- Ability to offer new and innovative ways of thinking to conduct business
