Job Description
- Sales Operations Management:Assist in overseeing sales operations by interpreting and communicating sales strategies.
- Data Support and Analysis:Provide required data support to the sales management team.
Analyse sales data, detect discrepancies, and rectify inaccurate data points in the CRM system promptly to align with business needs.
- Process Optimisation:Monitor existing sales processes to identify inefficiencies and gaps.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
The Successful Applicant
- About 3 years of B2B experience as a Sales Operations Analyst
- Knowledgeable in understanding business commercials and sales processes/operations to accurately conduct data analysis and track trends
- Comfortable with working across departments to understand sales strategies and propose necessary improvements from validated insights and data points
- Experienced in preparing and presenting reports and data points across internal stakeholders and departments
