Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the product team to identify market trends and new product innovation ideas.
• Be well-versed in product presentation, architecture design, lighting agent support and all aspects of project work.
• Establish and maintain relationships with contractors such as designers and architects.
• Engage, train, and assist the sales team on a wide variety of lighting products, solutions, and applications.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external teams to provide pricing, product offerings, feature and benefits, application, and design support.
• Work with leadership to develop realistic sales goals and key performance indicators and budgets by markets and with key customers.
• Ensure a quick and proper response to all customer requests.
• Develop strategies for effective new product launches to achieve sales, market penetration, and profitability goals.
• Manage implementation of a wide range of lighting systems and solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, design, lighting, or related studies.
• Minimum of 3 or 5 years of technical sales experience within the lighting industry sectors.
• Strategic planning and execution skills, and self-directed, ability to produce results independently.
• Already established relationships with architects and designers are an advantage.

Job Description

• Work with enterprise sales teams to ensure Telstra Security services and solutions are positioned and architected for our strategic and emerging clients across Asia
• Provide technical consultation on Cyber Security opportunities and client initiatives.
• Prepare technical documents in response to requests for information (RFI), requests for proposals (RFP) and solution proposals.
• Act as a Cyber Security SME both within the Telstra Security team as well as the international organisation across Asia.
• Provide technical designs, implementation documents and coordinate key security vendors / partners and client technical stakeholders.

Pre-Sales

• Sales and target driven, help with technical proposals, work closely with Advisory consultants and Sales leads to define and develop compelling security value.
• Help bring together proposals and SOW owning the technical solution components
• Great communication skills with technical and business stakeholders to quickly understand the problems from customer and able to drive solutions for customers
• Solution design skills across a range of security products, solutions and services and the ability to clearly present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
