· Serve as the backup point of contact between key account executives and clients, stepping in to assist clients when the primary contact is unavailable

· Assist in managing client accounts, including processing orders, resolving inquiries, and providing customer service

· Coordinate meetings, submission , and site setup arrangements for key account executives

· Liaise with relevant departments if required

· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

· Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates

· Minimum 'O' Level and 1 year of administrative experience
