· Review CSI results relating to repair, right first time fix and quality of work and develop an action plan to improve scores.

· Review the organization of the workshop including the workshop loading and workflow processes, the clarity of the job card work instructions and the organizational information flows. Report out and devise action plans for process issues impacting turn around and lead time for service and repair.

· Conduct random quality checks on repaired vehicles prior to customer handover to evaluate the robustness of the dealer quality control process;

· Monitor the completion rate of all field actions and ensure a dealer process to rework all vehicles exists and is applied;

· Review the quality of the Job card in relation to the information recorded by the service advisor and the technicians as part of their write-up. Provide the necessary level of coaching to improve the quality where necessary;

· Provide support to the Technical Manager by understanding the current number of open and aged cases. Liaise with the HQ ROL team to provide support and assistance where necessary to reach case resolution. Act as the escalation point for ROL to overcome issues with dealer/importer aged case process;

· Provide support the dealers in the management of specific customer complaints as and when required.

· Promote high quality and adequate quantity market information to manufacture for quality improvement and quick market solutions to fulfil requirements. 1. 5 years SAP configuration experience in Sales and Distribution (SD) including 2-3 full life cycle implementations
2. Experience with the design of enhancements and continuous improvement projects involving Customs submodules and integration points with SAP ERP
3. Experience with Sales and distribution (SD) Billing and Accounts Receivable including revenue account determination, billing copy control, SAP Finance and controlling (FICO) integration, account summarization, output determination, in SAP ECC 6.0 or above versions
4. Knowledge in all areas of the Order to Cash process: sales order configuration, pricing, delivery processing, warehouse management, contracts, billing, accounts receivable lockbox, credit management, revenue recognition
5. Working knowledge and experience in billing business to business (B2B) with IDOC is a plus, Billing B2B with Ariba third party platform implementation experience is highly preferred
6. Hands on experience in Accounts receivables configuration and various countries Tax structures, as well as configuration for SAP Sales and distribution (SD) and SAP Finance and controlling (FICO) interface is preferred
7. Knowledge and expertise in understanding the SAP Sales and Distribution
8. Solid knowledge of Global trade services (GTS) customs Declaration document and associated forms
9. Experience promoting changes to Production and associated methodology, including writing and executing test plansSAP SD SAP SD Consultant / SAP Sales and Distribution Specialist

Opportunities & Exposure

1. Launch Preparation & Strategy

• Coordinate with the Marketing Managers and help prepare launch marketing presentations, booklets, assortment analysis and product orders.
• Identify and adapt the international launch packages to APAC (retail-tainment ideas, local productions, translations, visuals etc.).
• Help to prepare 360 launch platforms sent out 2 months prior to launch.

1. Business & Competition Analysis

• Carry out post-launch reports and ad-hoc business analysis with recommendations.
• Keep competitors’ initiatives under scrutiny and provide follow-up on competitors’ launches and interesting innovations to ensure the Marketing team members have the latest market information

1. Marketing Operations & Administrative

• Reporting: Weekly newsletters to send out to all regions, weekly & monthly newsletters to HQ
• Preparation of launch collaterals (including items like video loops & translations)
• Logistics (including but not exhaustive): Dispatch of HQ and local produced collaterals, product samples to different markets
