THE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Here are how your day-today responsibilities of the role will look like, but are not limited to:

• Participate and conduct various general administrative tasks using Expereo’s Back Office Systems;
• Pre-qualify sales requests as delegated by Account Managers;
• Create and submit quotations to Account Managers or customers in timely manner;
• Submit availability check requests and process orders;
• Manage the correspondence between Account Managers and customers;
• Answer sales queries including phone and email communications;
• Provide data and reports to support the Sales Team;
• Follow up on any issues raised during quoting and provisioning phases;
• Ensure customer requirements are well distributed and understood among departments;
• For large opportunity, work together with Sales Project Manager in pre/post-sales planning. This includes but is not limited to project rollout planning, creating, following up, and reviewing budgetary and firm quotation before submitting to the Account Managers;
• Keep Sales information on the Back Office System clean and updated;

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• You are an eager person with a focus on results and client satisfaction;
• You have completed higher tertiary education (Nitec, Diploma) or higher, and can demonstrate by experience a similar level;
• You hold a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience;
• You have experience in an international environment, preferably within an international Telco environment;
• You have excellent communication skills in English, another language is beneficial;
• You are well organised, meticulous, excellent communication skills and is a team player;

This position, based in Singapore, is within our high-performing Direct Sales function, which comprises of both inbound and outbound sales verticals.

Reporting to the SDR Manager (SEA), you will be a key member of the Direct Sales team, partnering closely with Sales, Revenue Technology, Commercial Operations and other members of the business to generate opportunities for the Account Executive team. As a Sales Development Representative (Outbound), you'll be responsible for:

• Source new sales opportunities through outbound lead prospecting, cold calls and emails.
• Understand customer needs and requirements through discovery calls
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Account Executives for further development and closure

The Team comprises of Technical Sales Consultants, Client delivery consultant, project managers and Merchant Optimization consultants. What a Senior Manager, Technical Sales Engineering, Card Present Processing does at Visa:

The role will be responsible for providing technical and functional expertise for Visa Acceptance Platform card present solutions to merchants, acquirers, payment service providers or technology partners. The role requires you to lead the technical pre-sales consultation, implementation, and integration of new or existing clients.

You will be required to work closely with regional & local sales teams, internal operations teams, and product teams to ensure success. The success of this role will be measured on growth of revenue and successfully integrated clients. Candidates should have demonstrated skills in card present solutions implementation with merchants, acquirers, payment service providers or technology providers. The candidate should also possess Solution Consulting, Architecture Design, Project management, Business Process consulting, and presentation/training in complex IT environments. Familiarity with SaaS solutions related to bankcard/acquiring, payment gateway, payment security, and fraud prevention. The right candidate will have a passion for project management excellence, customer advocacy, and will see this role as contributing to the strategic evolution of our business.

Responsibilities

• Drive conversations with Merchants, Acquirers, Payment Service Providers and technology providers, on SaaS /Internet Payment Gateway based card present acquiring operations and processing capabilities.
• Solution Consulting, Project Planning and implementation of complex country based / regional based SaaS POS Acquiring projects
• API integration and testing on POS terminal & Infrastructure connection to a payment gateway. Having completed at least 2-3 projects of POS terminal into a payment gateway Integration

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. We are looking for a dynamic and organized Sales Coordinator with 2-4 years of experience to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of cloud technologies, including Databricks, AWS, and GCP, to effectively support regional sales teams and ensure smooth sales processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating communication and activities across multiple regional teams, ensuring timely updates and alignment on sales strategies.

Key responsibilities include managing sales data pipelines, assisting in data integration, and providing insights using cloud-based platforms to optimize sales performance. You will work closely with regional sales managers, ensuring that data is accurately processed, analyzed, and reported using Databricks and other cloud tools. Additionally, you will help design and maintain dashboards to track sales metrics and performance indicators across regions.

This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset are critical to drive efficiency and improvement in sales operations. Team Summary
The Head of Acceptance Sales leads a team of sales leaders and sales executives in the regional market support centre in Singapore and throughout the Asia Pacific region. This team are accountable for driving sales, revenue growth and overall market adoption of Visa’s expanding range of solutions on the seller-side of the payments ecosystem. Identifying how customers define success and then linking Visa Products and Services to specific customer needs so they achieve their defined goals. 

The role reports to the Senior Vice President, Head of Value-Added Services, Asia Pacific, and is a key member of the Asia Pacific Value-Added Services leadership team.

What a Head of Acceptance Sales does at Visa:

• Exceed ambitious sales targets 
  • Develop and deliver annual and 3-year revenue and profitability plans.
  • Work cross functionally with leaders of account management teams, including Merchant Sales & Acquiring, Digital Partnerships and the Account Executive teams supporting Financial Institution clients.
  • Support build of and adherence to regional ‘go to market’ plans.
