Sales Manager

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Sales Manager Responsibilities

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Implementing new sales plans
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

· Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the director.

Sales Manager Requirements and skills

• BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
• The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
• The ability to work under pressure.
• Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)

Responsibilities:

• Carry and participate in networking and lead generating activities.
• Perform business development activities to ensure continuous stream of new accounts.
• Creating a procedural system to ensure client expectations and requirements are met.
• Ensure continuous pipelines of sales activities from existing clienteles.
• Ensure that organization set objectives and KPIs are met.
• Lead contract negotiations effort.
• Curate strategies to increase sales per capita and customer satisfaction (e.g. upselling of services).
• Manage and strengthen customer acquisition programs.
• Stay abreast of industrial and market developments.

Requirements:

• Candidates should bring along a Diploma in Hospitality Management or possess any equivalent professional qualifications in Hospitality Management.
• Possess at least 3 years of experience in hospitality sales function.
• Prior exposure in an environment revolving luxury residence or the real estate industry will be advantageous.
• The ability to perform in a high stress environment.
• Comfortable in working independently and as a team player.

In this pivotal role, the ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual eager to contribute and grow within a collaborative team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Executive will play a key role in shaping and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, overseeing campaigns, and analysing performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Marketing

• Assist in the strategic management of social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Youtube.
• Be involved in the process end-to-end, encompassing content creation, scheduling, community management, and performance tracking.
• Act as an in-house visual content creator, using photography and videos as necessary for compelling social media content.

Digital Marketing

• Implement and optimise paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta.
• Collaborate with the Creative team to articulate briefs for producing compelling collaterals that resonate with our target audience.
• Craft engaging and relevant copy, adhering to the Brand’s distinctive tone of voice.
• Monitor and optimise campaigns to ensure predefined objectives are achieved.

Email Marketing

• Spearhead the development and execution of targeted email campaigns, fostering audience engagement.
• Maintain and organise an updated email database.
• Undertake additional tasks and duties as assigned, contributing to the holistic success of the marketing initiatives.

Qualifications and Attributes:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital or social media marketing.
• Strong proficiency in written communication and copywriting.
• Up-to-date with the latest social media platforms and trends.

Primary role purpose:

To deliver the day-to-day administrative, commercial, and operational support needed to win, grow, and maintain business to the direct and indirect business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build sustainable relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Assist customers with questions related to pricing, equipment, and subscriptions
• Create and manage customer orders for approval and shipping of equipment
• Manages customer subscriptions and Value-Added Services (VAS) orders within our tooling 
• Create new customers accounts as part of the onboarding process
• Maintain Customer Master Data (CMD) across are different systems including ServiceNow, Salesforce and CMD
• Uphold and follow all governance and compliance processes though the order handling and customer life cycle
