• Creating and managing email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, segmenting email lists, and analyzing campaign performance.
• Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns. This includes preparing regular reports for management.
• Overseeing the company website, ensuring it is up to date, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions.
• Working closely with other teams such as sales, product development, and customer service to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
• Keeping up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to continually improve strategies and tactics.
• Implementing strategies to improve website and landing page conversions, such as A/B testing, user experience optimization, and call-to-action optimization.

Responsibilities

• Support the marketing team with project organisation.
• Responsible for full daily coordination of Marketing Team's needs, both interdepartmental and with external vendors
• On the ground real execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks to ensure the functionality of marketing activities.
• Update databases, spreadsheets, and inventory lists, etc.
• Prepare promotional presentations and organising promotional events.
• Collection and delivery of POSM (marketing materials)
• Compose and post online content for the Company’s social media page and website.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Pre-requisites

• O level / Diploma holders all welcome
• Class 3 Drivers License
• Possess good communication skills and coordination
• Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and achieve objectives
• Ability to work after regular office hours as and when required.
• Adaptable and felixble in prioritisation of tasks as and when new tasks may fall in.
