About the role

Our client is an SGX-listed company in the agri-commodity industry. They have highly stable corporate functions and there is now a rare opening within the corporate secretarial department. This is a newly created role where you will work alongside seasoned professionals and an excellent opportunity for someone who likes challenges and wants to grow their career in a dynamic, fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

You will primarily be involved in managing the full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. This includes assisting in documentation, ACRA filings, drafting resolutions and meeting minutes, and liase with both internal and external stakeholders. Additional ad-hoc duties may be assigned.

Requirement

The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of relevant corporate secretarial experience gained in an established corporate service provider/ in-house corporate secretarial environment. ICSA Qualification is ideal. Knowledgeable in statutory requirements of Singapore Companies Act and other government legislative will be highly regarded. You are also someone who is able to communicate and write well given the minute taking component of this role.

• Analyze the Claims Trends and Cost Analysis, Direct Billing v/s Pay and Claim Ratio

• Price Inflation Study

• Analyze statistical data to determine probability of risks, abuse, waste, fraud or financial impact.

• Create the Provider Score Cards

• Data mining and data analysis are required for conducting investigations on provider claims.

• Analysis of provider performance and compiling deviations per provider type and per network

• Provide early warnings for any risks identified and issue recommendations on corrective measures

Job requirement:
