Key responsibilities for this role:

Support the International Payments Director to lead relationships with Payment Partnerships accounts including leading key initiatives and managing day to day operations with global partners.

- Implement the overall work plan and performance results

- Attend to meetings, development of accounts, servicing accounts and communication with partners

- Work with team to ensure accounts growth, managing day-to-day operations.

- Strengthen account management framework to drive continuous excellence and to perform merchant onboarding KYC and operations.

- Generate partner reports, monitor accounts and ensure timely processing of documents

- Provide timely support to partners, resolve and support client’s issues, challenges and escalations

- Organise, maintain and update partner records, data and statistics

- Provide assistance to the Director in areas of administration, accounts development, meetings and other related matters.

Requirements:

Singaporean or PR

Diploma or Degree holder

Strong interest and curiosity to fintech and payment businesses in both consumer and commercial space

Strong problem-solving ability and can do attitude

Knowledge and experience of project management and execution

Instinct to numbers and able to check and generate accurate reports

Ability to demonstrate application software usage and manual guides to clients

The MarCom Specialist plays a key role in promoting the federation's mission, services, and member benefits. 1. Develop marketing strategies and plans

• Develop integrated marketing and communications strategies that align with the business federation's goals and objectives.
• Develop impactful messages and themes to convey the federation's value proposition, ensuring consistent branding to reinforce its identity.

2. Manage marketing and communication channels

• Generate compelling content for various communication channels, including newsletters, websites, social media, and other relevant platforms.
• Manage the federation's digital presence, including social media accounts and email campaigns.
• Utilize digital channels to enhance communication with members and promote federation initiatives.

3. Stakeholder Outreach

• Establish and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including industry partners, government entities, and other relevant organizations.
• Identify collaboration opportunities and facilitate partnerships that align with the federation's mission.

4. Event Promotion

• Plan, promote, and execute events hosted by the business federation, such as conferences, workshops, and networking sessions.
• Collaborate with event organizers, partners, vendors and suppliers for future collaborations.

5. Member Engagement

• Develop and implement strategies to engage current members and attract new ones.
• Create targeted communications to highlight the benefits of membership and promote participation in federation programs and events.
• Work closely with member companies to gather success stories, testimonials, and industry insights for use in marketing materials.

6. Market Research

• Conduct market research to understand the needs and challenges of members and the broader industry.
• Use research findings to tailor communication strategies and address member concerns.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in related disciplines such as Mass Communications, Marketing, PR
• 2 years’ experience in related industries (B2B Marketing preferred)
• Knowledge & Proficiency in design related software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, Video Editing Software etc is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Duty No 1 (Marketing & Business Development)

• Prepare business proposals and present to clients
• Identify new market opportunities in Ship Repair (SR) & Ship Conversion (SC)
• Assist in preparing business proposals liaising with CSR , EDC and Ops to submit and bid for new SC projects
• Attend internal meetings and discussions, preparing minutes or reports as and when necessary
• Attend customer meetings and attend to feedback on contractual matters, preparing reports and performing coordination works as and when necessary
• Propose new ways and drive to outreach new clients or future projects with current clients

• Drive the before and after sales hospitality
