Display/ Housekeeping

• Ensure merchandise at counter are displayed according to guideline.
• Check merchandise in stock room are kept Storeroom are neat and tidy.

Sales and Operations

• To plan schedule for all counters and submit for approval.
• Manage and update changes of schedule.
• Check all SA attendance on a monthly basis.
• Involve in set up and pack up for promotions / events.
• Relieve at counter if short of manpower.
• Train new or re-train existing SA on sales & customer service, rules & regulations of company & department stores by doing role play, going through guidelines on rules & regulations of company & department stores, or Myacademy app with SA
• Handle complaints from customers
• Update competitors’ mechanics/ promotions
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned.

Working hours

• Shift work, 6 working days with 2 off days in alternate week (including 1 Sunday off per month)
• Full time work at 44 hours per week

As the marketing executive of a social service agency, you are the face of the organisation who will connect people to CampusImpact.

You will build awareness of CampusImpact's work so young people and families in need can find support, and donors and volunteers can find a cause that resonates with their purpose.

This will help CampusImpact to build strong relationships with her various stakeholders as we seek to fulfil our vision of strong children, strong families and a strong society.

Here's what you will be doing on a day-to-day basis:

1. Oversee and develop marketing campaigns on social media and electronic direct mailers

2. Conduct research and analyse data to identify and define audiences

3. Devise and present ideas and strategies

4. Organising events (eg. Fundraising events) and promotional activities or

going for roadshows to promote CampusImpact’s programmes to

prospective clients or prospective donors and recruit volunteers

5. Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information

6. Writing and proofreading creative copy

7. Maintaining the website, looking at data analytics and monitoring our

performance

8. Updating databases and using a donor management system

9. Coordinating internal marketing and an organisation’s culture

Responsibilities

• Handle the full spectrum of Accounts Payable
• Process payments to suppliers, outlets and staff claims and any other ad-hoc payments
• Perform monthly inter-company and creditors reconciliations
• Support purchase order creation
• Support cashflow forecast process
• Assist with month-end closing
• Support the annual audit process

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (E.g., vlookup, pivot tables and reporting)
• Responsible and meticulous
• Knowledge of the Navision system will be an added advantage

Job Scope:

- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency

- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp...etc)

(no cold-calling or anything of that sort!)

- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criterias

- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for clients and tutors

- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service

- Familiarize with and utilize custom-made company software which is focused on automation
