Primary Function:

• One of Core Diagnostics’ (Core Dx) strategic imperatives is to promote our end-to-end solution and create differentiation in the mind of our customers.
• Digital Health Solutions (Informatics), instrumentation and automation are critical components of this total solution that enhance the operational performance of the labs and need to be marketed accordingly.
• The primary focus of this Marketing Manager is to develop strategies to create demand with our portfolio mentioned above to gain significant share in the Asia Pacific region.

Major Responsibilities:

• Drive initiatives that will facilitate faster adoption end-to-end solution with a focus on Digital Health Solutions (DHS)
• Demonstrate value of Abbott’s DHS to catalyze faster adoption in the market
• Build reference sites and proof points of the total solutions offering
• Manage all relevant marketing/ad-promo materials targeting both in-lab and outside-the-lab-stakeholders
• Monitor competition and develop appropriate responses
• Achieve Area plan revenue for DHS Solutions
• Improve DHS penetration in deals and in current customers
• Drive new marketing approaches/opportunities for customers and keep abreast of customers needs, competitors, technology, marketplace changes
• Any other responsibilities as assigned by manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences, engineering or related technical discipline. MBA is preferred
• Minimum 10 years of overall experience, with ideally 5 years of experience managing healthcare informatics/digital health solution products in sales/marketing
• Proficient in healthcare marketing
• Prior experience in diagnostics/lab environment preferred
• Strong team player
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to travel for up to 40% of the time
• Strategic thinking skills and customer driven
• Results driven individual who challenges the status quo

My client, is an IT service management firm is looking for an Assistant Manager to be part of Swift Migration (Project Management) team, the role will be based at Central.

Role

• Gather, analyze, and formalize user requirements and processes. This includes understanding the user's needs, documenting their requirements, and evaluating the feasibility of implementing those requirements.
• Prepare project documentation. This includes creating requirement specifications, project plans, and other documentation that is needed to manage the project.
• Adhere to project scope. This means ensuring that the project stays on track and does not go beyond the agreed-upon scope of work.
• Develop technical design specifications. This includes creating a detailed plan for how the system will be implemented.
• Set up and make changes to configurable items. This includes installing hardware, software, and documentation, as well as making changes to these items as needed.
• Participate in coding and code review. This includes reviewing and testing the code that is developed for the project.
• Assist with integration testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). This includes testing the system to ensure that it meets the requirements and that it is ready to be used by the users.
• Prepare user manuals and operations manuals. This includes creating documentation that will help the users and operators use the system.
• Provide post-implementation support. This includes providing support to the users and operators after the system has been implemented.
• Discuss and escalate critical issues with the relevant managers. This includes discussing issues that could impact the project, such as scope creep, with the appropriate stakeholders.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions and gap analysis of current business processes. This includes working with the users to understand their needs and identify areas where the current business processes can be improved.
• Have clear and open communication with customers. This includes keeping the customers informed about the project and addressing their concerns.
• Track the progress of the project and provide updates to the project manager. This includes ensuring that the project is on track and that any problems are identified and addressed early.
• Resolve problems promptly and provide effective solutions. This includes taking steps to resolve problems as soon as they are identified and ensuring that the solutions are effective.
• Manage and perform ad hoc tasks in a timely manner. This includes being able to handle unexpected tasks that come up during the course of the project.

Requirements

• Education:Degree from a recognized university
• Experience:At least 5 years of IT experience in business analysis
• Familiarity with banking business, especially the remittance area such as SWIFT
• Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience with financial domain projects
• Knowledge:Ability to monitor and mitigate risks in project delivery
  Ability to lead, develop, and maintain good relationships with customers
• Experienced in Alliance Cloud | Swift & SWIFT Alliance Cloud on Azure
