Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & UGC Management:

• Develop and create engaging and conversion-driven social media content, including graphics, videos, and UGC (User-Generated Content), using tools like Canva and CapCut.

• Utilize paid social media campaigns to amplify content reach and target specific audience segments.

Handling Inquiries & Customer Service:

• Monitor and respond to social media inquiries, comments, and messages promptly and professionally.
• Assist with customer inquiries across social media platforms, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience.
• Collaborate with the customer service team to address any issues or concerns raised on social media.
  

Sales-Driven Marketing:

• Focus on creating content and campaigns that are directly linked to increasing sales and conversions.
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align social media efforts with sales targets and objectives.
  

Analytics and Reporting:

• Regularly track and report on social media and influencer campaign performance using analytics tools.

Supporting Other Marketing Activities:

Qualifications:
