· Provide IT project management and domain knowledge to users when required.

· Partner users in evaluating IT solutions and products so that the solution implemented is secure, reliable and has the necessary vendor support and warranty in place.

· Any other projects that are assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirements:

· Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.

· Working knowledge of both waterfall and agile development methodology.

· Experience with application development will be an added advantage.

· Comfortable learning new technologies as needed for new solutions.

Job Scope

• You will assist with the People Policy operation work
• Personnel Infor Creation/ Data Management on Cumulus (Workday System)
• Create Payroll Instructions to Vital Shared Services
• Collation and preparation of data for reports
• Assist with the digitalisation project (digitalisation of physical p-files)
• Posting and Maintenance of the HR announcement on the Intranet
• Creation and Maintenance of E-Personnel Files through E-Registry
• Completion of Surveys
• Other Ad-hoc work that is assigned

Requirements

• Diploma in Business Management/ Degree in Business (HR) - Fresh graduates are welcome
• At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in a Human Resource role
• Familiarity with HR practices, process and data management in the public sector will be an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English communication skills
• A hands-on who is independent, self-motivated, positive and a team player who contributes to a colloborative working environment
• Meticulous attention to details is necessary as well as the ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
• Have a mindset of continuous improvement, recommend, and explore fresh ideas that may not have been tried and tested

• Lead and oversee a team of business analysts and developers throughout the entire project development life cycle.
• Oversee every stage of the development life cycle, ensuring the fulfillment of all tasks and objectives within each phase.
• Effectively handle and align the expectations of stakeholders and clients.

Requirements:

• CSM, PMP or CITPM certified.
• Diploma in IT or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management in an SI environment.

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROLE:

This is a 6 – 12 months assignment. The role will be supporting the Finance Controller and Regional Finance Manager on statutory and tax compliances across the APAC region.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

• Ensure and partner with cross-functional teams to achieve accounting and taxation statutory compliances.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by reporting manager.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE:

• Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient with IFRS and regional local GAAP
• Have good fundamentals of taxation framework
• Preferably having worked with one of the big-5 audit firms
• Attentive to details and able to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial information.
• Should be able to review and identify inconsistencies in large amounts of data or information.
• Should be able to identify a problem, investigate to find out relevant facts and find a logical solution.
• Should be able to structure your efforts to ensure completing tasks efficiently and by required deadlines.
• Should be able to convey ideas and information in ways other can understand in both verbal and written communication.
• Adaptable, works professionally and enjoys working in a team.

· Developing new business opportunities to enable access to a greater customer base

· Arrange appointment for the prospect to meet with one of our qualified financial advisors

· Attending events to find potential leads

· Following up on leads to make advisor / client appointments

· Working closely with the financial advisors to understand the company’s products and promote their services

· Work closely with the admin team to ensure client records are up to date

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree in any field, preferably in Finance and Banking

· 2+ years of industry-related business development experience preferable

· Proficient in English

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Results driven persistent and good time management skills

· Hunger for success and to exceed targets

· Excellent interpersonal management skills

· Capital Markets and Financial Advisory Services experience is preferred, but training and courses will be provided if required
