• Drive key 360 marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, such as press/ launch events.

• Oversee digital brand presentation across all online platforms such as websites and social media accounts.
• Seek out, facilitate and maintain strategic partnerships to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Work with in-house creatives to optimise customer’s offline shopping experience, and ensure in-store brand presentation aligns with brand guidelines through purposeful visual merchandising and display methods.
• Evaluate effectiveness of marketing campaigns and efforts, then provide actionable insights to the team.
• Other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Minimum Requirements

• A diploma or bachelor’s degree from a recognised institute of higher learning.
• At least 5 - 8 years experience in marketing, brand management or similar role; in a fast-paced company.
• At least 2 years experience managing a team and working on a regional level.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective project and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects with varied timelines.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Creative, imaginative and an eye for detail and care for work that is to be delivered.
