Purpose and Scope

Scrutinize and review major investments and advise on legal risk in industrial parks, ready built factories/warehouses (RBF/RBW) and commercial and residential property projects including M&A / divestments, corporate restructuring, leases and other contracting requirements for day-to-day business.

• Advising on Joint Venture matters (including JV governance).

Job Description:

Moledao is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Manager to join our team. This role is critical for driving the execution of Moledao’s annual strategic plan, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities while maintaining strong communication channels across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Internal Operations:

• Oversee the implementation of Moledao’s annual initiatives, including Web3 education programs, hackathons, MoleHacker community development, and MoleCareer platform operations.
• Collaborate with the core team to track progress on key deliverables and provide regular updates.
• Maintain and optimize internal workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with the Moledao Dev Team to ensure timely execution of product development and UI/UX updates.

External Liaison:

• Act as the primary point of contact for external partners, including Web3 ecosystem stakeholders, corporate sponsors, and educational institutions.
• Facilitate partnerships with service providers for initiatives such as third-party Web3 services, cloud solutions, and outsourced social media management.
• Represent Moledao in discussions with ecosystem partners to secure collaborations for hackathons, community events, and talent recruitment.

Event Coordination:

• Support the organization and execution of global events, including Web3 hackathons, developer summits, and community-building activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful event delivery, from planning to post-event analysis.
• Manage logistics for offline and online events, ensuring high-quality experiences for participants.

Reporting and Analytics:

• Maintain detailed records of activities, including partnership outcomes, event impact, and internal project milestones.
• Develop performance reports and propose actionable insights to improve future operations.

Qualifications:

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in operations, project management, or a similar role within the tech or Web3 industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with Web3 concepts, blockchain ecosystems, and decentralized applications.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience coordinating with external partners, including startups, corporates, and community organizations.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and engagement strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in tender management, specifically in the electrical trade.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, technical specifications, and project requirements.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and tender management tools.
