About the role:

We are seeking a driven, customer-centric, innovative, and results-oriented Account Manager to focus on the Japanese market. You will be instrumental in establishing and expanding our market presence. This role involves handling and supporting Customer Success and working closely with our channel partner in Japan. It is a combination of hunting for new business, being deeply involved with the product, and managing the partner account. Your Role:

As a Senior Manager in our Client Partnership team, you will play a pivotal role in translating strategic visions into tangible results. You'll manage the full lifecycle of digital projects, ensuring they align with our client's business objectives and our commitment to delivering growth and impact. Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison for assigned clients and partners, fostering enduring relationships through consistent delivery of high-quality work, thereby becoming a trusted advisor in accomplishing their KPIs.
• Lead key functions including client engagement, timeline planning, task/resource management, and project documentation.
• Contribute to defining and achieving quarterly/annual growth and revenue targets for accounts.
• Gather project requirements from clients and translate them into stakeholder-ready specifications.
• Conduct internal and external project team kickoffs to align on objectives and deliverables.
• Assess project feasibility, constraints, dependencies, and success criteria against time, budget, and workload.
• Ensure project objectives are achieved within the agreed parameters of cost, duration, and quality.
• Assist in preparing documents such as Pitch Decks, Request for Proposals (RFPs), Website Specifications Documents (WSDs), Statement of Work (SOW), Contact Reports, Project Timelines, and Training Documentation.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meet organisational and project goals.
• Identify potential project risks and recommend preventive/mitigating measures.
• Expand and manage the network of trusted partners, independent contractors, and vendors.
• Monitor and report project performance based on predefined metrics.
• Play a significant role in testing and verifying deliverables against project requirements, ensuring timely and precise delivery of high-quality work.

What We Look For:

• >8 years of hands-on experience in Digital & Web Project Management, with a focus on client interaction and relationship cultivation.
• Comprehensive understanding of the digital project lifecycle, showcasing proficiency from project inception to successful delivery.
• Extensive knowledge of the digital landscape and adeptness with various web technologies (including hands-on experience with Sitefinity, WordPress and other prevalent CMSes).
• Demonstrated success in orchestrating projects, collaborating seamlessly across strategy, creative, technology, and marketing teams.
• Proven track record in delivering websites and applications utilising diverse content management systems.
• Strong written, verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to facilitate effective client engagement and internal collaboration.
• Proficiency in utilising Project Planning Tools such as Microsoft Project and Smartsheets for meticulous timeline planning and tracking.
• Familiarity with Project Management platforms like Asana, Trello, or JIRA for efficient day-to-day task management.

· Assist management team in IC roadmap and product definition specification.

· Perform feasibility studies of new project including cost and schedule estimation.

· Perform as project manager to lead project execution.

· Lead IC team to perform design documentation and RTL design.

· Lead IC team to perform design verification, building testbench and testcases.

· Lead IC team to perform logic synthesis, formality checking and post place and route static timing analysis.

· Lead IC team to perform top-level integration, floor-planning, place and route

· Lead IC team to perform DFT and ATPG.

· Lead IC team to perform failure analysis and design ECO.

· Lead IC team to support backend activities for tape-out

· Perform design code review and maintain design quality.

· Support system team to perform system validation through FPGA prototyping.

· Support QA and production team to handle IC production issues.

· Manage third party design house or backend support.

· Support IC design infrastructure like IT, tools, software, design server etc.

· Study and keep up knowledge of industrial spec, e.g. USB, Power Delivery, Audio, I2S, I2C etc.

Technical/Customer Support

· Provide technical support to key customers and field engineers.

· Customer design-in support.

· Prepare training material and conduct training, if needed.

Requirements

· Degree/Master’s in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.

· 10-15 years experience in the area of IC design.

· 5-10 years experience in managing a IC design team.

· Working experience from design to silicon is essential.

· Knowledge and working experience with wired and wireless connectivity technology are desirable.
