• Coordinate and prepare annual budgets and financial related projects

• Assist and prepare financial year-end audit, audit schedules for external audit and internal audit related requirements

• Support on analysis and strategic finance matters, ad-hoc tasks and projects

• Assist in Finance projects, ad-hoc tasks or any other matters

• Support improvements on work efficiency, productivity and accuracy on its scope of work and/ or inter-related work

• Establish and ensure compliance with company financial policies

• Assist in ad-hoc tasks or any other matters

Requirements

• Degree in business or accountancy or equivalent

• Prior experience in handling GL of large organization

• Good knowledge and understanding of financial reporting systems and good grasps of process flow

• Experience in using SAP is advantageous

• Good knowledge of excel

• Preferably more than 5 years relevant work experience

• Good audit experience is advantageous (statutory/ internal)

• A good team player and establish good professional working relationships with stakeholders

• Prepare all the cost estimates for Marine/Coastal Tender Projects.
• Review upstream contract terms and identify possible risks and opportunities related to the application of contract clauses.
• Calculate quotations from specialists/sub-contractors, prepare competitive comparison for cost committee prior for negotiation and award contracts.
• Assist in negotiation of contract terms and assessment of contract proposals.
• Draft and issue contracts and agreements (between customers and the company, with Sub-Contractors and Suppliers).

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• At least 8 years of contract management experience in Marine/Coastal Projects.
• Hands-on experience from pre-contract stage to post-contract stage.
