Job Description:

Monthly:

* Perform full sets according to proper accounting standards and controls.

* Petty cash control and bank reconciliation.

* Prepare GST filing and ensure that GST is correctly accounted for.

* Reviewing collection and ensuring timely invoicing for all events.

* Manage operating cash flow and prepare cash flow forecast.

* Responsible for accounting and finance management reporting, ensuring compliance to accounting standards, GST regulations, internal controls and other relevant rules and regulations.

Quarterly, Annual or When Required:

* Controlling of and accounting for foreign currencies used for overseas travels.

* Prepare annual budgets, monitor and analyze the actual vs budget contract sum and costs incurred of individual events/projects.

* Prepare value added financial reporting, Financial Planning & Analysis, project and costing management, including issuance of bank/insurance guarantee.

* Reviewing collection of membership fees/members' billings due and ensuring timely invoicing.

* Review of audit schedules and prepare accounting schedule packages for auditors.

* Liaise with external parties such as bankers and auditors.

* Assist General Manager in preparing Statement of Accounts for Sport Singapore grants, IRAS & ROS documentations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain constructive and effective relationships with customer representatives, to ensure contractual obligations are met and exceeded.

· Co-ordinate and liaison in supply chain process with customers, freight forwarders, and transporters, to ensure on-time delivery and receiving.
