The Commercial Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by meeting sales targets, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining excellent client relations. This role involves actively engaging with clients through customer-facing activities, presentations, and service updates. This position operates within a high-volume, multi-transactional marine service environment, with a specific focus on Singapore's port. Reporting to: Head of Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop sales leads and focus on revenue retention and growth to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Conduct market research and stay informed on industry trends to support the sales pipeline.
• Perform cold-calling and other prospecting activities to generate new business.

Requirements:

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide in-house IT support with a focus on SAP and related systems.
• Manage and troubleshoot SuccessFactor and Concur applications.
• Serve as a liaison between business users to define requirements.
• Act as a subject matter expert on the SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Concur, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) , SAP ECC Payroll and integration with SAP ECC.

• At least 7 years SuccessFactors experience with minimum 1 full cycle in SAP SuccessFactors implementation.
• Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors and Concur with good work experience in managing systems releases, instance strategy, data security, change/release management, tracking and reporting.
• Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (including CPI) and related technical integration components such as SCC, Fiori, S/4 HANA, SAP ECC HCM, Concur, Integration Centre.
