Responsibilities

Office Administration

• Administer procurement, reimbursement and financial activities of ICC Office
• Assist colleagues from InsPIRE and other units under InsPIRE in overseeing office related matters
• Serve as the secretary/note-taker for all ICC Meetings
• Assist with the planning and organisation of ICC-related meetings, workshops/seminars, activities

Course & Student Administration

To be based in Singapore, the person will be responsible for managing product implementations and post implementation support. The person must be highly client focused with excellent relationship building skills.

The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of client implementations as a member of the Implementation Team. The primary focus will be managing the implementation objectives of customers.
