HR Management

• Collaborate with the Chief Executive Officer and management team on all HR-related matters.
• Develop and amend HR policies and processes to ensure compliance with local regulations and the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
• Develop, improve, and implement compensation and benefits programs, annual performance reviews, salary reviews, and bonus recommendations.
• Propose and manage the yearly HR budget.
• Work closely with the Hong Kong regional office on HR matters, including expatriate secondment to Singapore.

Administrative Management
