THE ROLE:
· Reporting to Retail Manager.
· Responsible for showroom day-to-day operation.
· Delivering excellent in-store experience to customers.
· Achieving Ergoworks monthly sales target.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Operate and manage retail concept store.
· Promoting sales of ergonomic products to walk in & corporate customers.
· Attend to all inquiries in relation to product sales.
· Handle POS system, payment, and float cash.
· Manage in-store inventories and conduct regular stock take.
· Liaise with back-end office on all sales related matters.
· Handle customers’ feedback and after sales service calls.
· Conduct after sales customers’ satisfaction survey and do follow up.
· Maintain proper daily sales record.
· Perform general housekeeping and upkeep of retail showroom.
· Other ad hoc duties that may assign to you by the management.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Minimum graduate of Diploma with at least 3 years of experience in the same field.
· Good customer service and interaction skills.
· Enthusiast in sales and service oriented
