Responsibilities
Marketing Plan & Budget
· Overall responsible in the design and developing of the annual marketing strategy for the brand
· Prepare and present marketing budget and marketing calendar for the brand that is in line with brand standards and overall financial budget
· Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing and evaluating advertising, promotional programmes; developing field sales action plans
· Expand brand's business model and drive revenue
· Accomplish marketing and organisation mission by completing related results as needed
· Lead 1 marketing executives, specialists and operation in terms of strategic marketing and tactical execution
Market Research and Buyer Behaviour
· Evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitive data and implement marketing plan alterations as needed
· Identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements
· Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalising on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development
· Work closely with Operations Manager and restaurant senior leadership team and manage the development of new products (menu) and/or services based on marketing research conducted
Products and Development
· Strategize new long-term business development and opportunities according to the growth plan and standards of the Company
· Direct new store ambience development, financial analysis, system processes, initial board development and demographic analysis
· All duties should be carried out to contribute to company-wide growth in sales and profits, while keeping investment costs within budget
Operations
· Co-ordinate all phases of marketing functions held in the group and assist stakeholders in programme planning and execution
· Manage Local Store Marketing activities with Operations
· Maintain the services and reputation of our brand/business and act as a management representative to clients.
· Manage all the relevant day parts of QSR business
