• Customer service and customer care functions.
• Coordinate outreach and engagement of self-employed persons. · Plan, organize and carried out project management activities to ensure that assigned projects are executed in a smooth and effective manner to achieve and exceed the cost, quality, timelines and customer satisfaction objectives;
