Job Details:

• Working Location: Plaza Singapura
• Working Hour: Single shift from 10.30am to 9.30pm
• Working Days: 4 days per week (2 weekday + 2 weekend - both Sat & Sun); remarks: there will be 1 day weekend off per month, either Sat or Sun - according to roster
• Contract: 1 year (renewable)
• Completion bonus up to 1 month’s salary

Responsibilities:

• Provide sales support administrative as Customer Relations Officer
• Handle all operational matters and work closely with sales team to ensure fulfilment of sales.
• Generate Sales Order upon completion of sales for call centre and online orders
• Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
• Arrange and update appointments for commercial customers, and liaise with the Commercial team
• Ensure adequate support and timely coordination with interdepartmental colleagues e.g Finance, showroom matters
• Ensure upkeeping and accuracy of all administrative duties, including managing of online store records, documentation etc
• Other duties assigned by Supervisor

Duties and responsibilities:

• Lead project planning efforts, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets to guide project execution and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other project team members to ensure that project requirements are clearly defined and understood by all parties.

• Procure materials, equipment, and services required for construction, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships to obtain the best value for the organization.

• Oversee construction activities on-site, monitoring progress, quality, and safety to ensure compliance with project specifications, regulatory standards, and best practices.

• Manage project finances, tracking expenses, reviewing change orders, and addressing budget variances to maintain profitability and financial accountability.

• Communicate regularly with clients, providing project updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

• Lead project meetings, facilitating discussions, documenting decisions, and assigning action items to keep project teams aligned and focused on achieving project goals.

• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues and implementing contingency plans as needed to minimize disruptions and keep projects on track.

• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the project team, promoting teamwork and professional development opportunities for team members. Qualifications:

• At least 3 years relevant local experience in construction industry.

• Bachelor’s degree majored in civil engineering or other relevant fields recognized by PEB (Professional Engineers Board).

• Construction Safety Course for Project Managers (CSCPM) certification.

• Thorough knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques, with a focus on quality, safety, and sustainability.

• Proficiency on computer program and engineering software.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build positive relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams to achieve excellence and exceed client expectations.
