Responsibilities

• Coordination with both external and internal stakeholders for all sales matters
• Coordination with Production for delivery planning
• Liaise with customers on all aspect of delivery
• Liaise with freight forwarding companies
• Prepare shipping documents including invoice and packing list

Requirements

• MS office competency
• Min. O level, equivalent or higher
• English and Chinese proficiency including reading and typing
• Experience with CRM system will be added advantage
• Shipment forwarding experience will also be added advantage
