Key Responsibilities:

   Collaborate with the marketing department to create promotional campaigns, presentations, and materials that attract potential clients.
   
6. Client Retention and Satisfaction:Act as a key point of contact for high-priority clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
   Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to assess the quality of services provided and identify areas for improvement.
   Develop strategies to improve client retention rates and minimize contract terminations.
   
7. Sales Reporting and Forecasting:Provide regular sales reports to senior management, including progress towards sales targets, pipeline status, and key account updates.
   Prepare sales forecasts and develop action plans to close any gaps in performance.
   Use CRM tools to track client interactions, sales activities, and progress.
   
8. Compliance and Risk Management:Ensure that all security services offered comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
   Work with internal teams to manage any risks or liabilities related to the deployment of security personnel.

• To expand Singapore export/import business both Air and Ocean. Also, to manage 3rd party business (offshore business) as well to secure and expand business if the business owner is Singapore customer.

Job Requirements:

• Min 3 years of experience as Sales in freight forwarding company with at least Diploma/Degree in Freight Forwarding, Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent.

Qualifications

• A minimum of relevant Bachelor’s Degree required
• Master’s Degree in a relevant field or MBA preferred
• A minimum of eight (8) years of professional Sales and Sales Management or Marketing and /or Marketing Management experience within the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device or healthcare industry is required
• A minimum of two years in Marketing and/or Marketing Management or a Commercial Excellence / Analytics function is required
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience managing and leading a cross functional / cross geographic team is strongly preferred.
• Experience in PH and/or CVM therapeutic area desired
