Our client is a design & manufacturing company. Supply testing & measuring instruments to semiconductor companies:

• Acquisition and having business negotiation with customers in the field of the Semiconductor industry
• Building up the new key account platform to expand the sales efforts
• Presentation of the company’s products to the customers
• Creating offers and having contract negotiations with business partners for general agreements
• Working with the technical support team to resolve technical questions or develop solutions for the customers
• Observation and analysis of potential customers, markets and competitors
• Creating the sales plan and strategy
• Coordinating special marketing activities, such as fairs, trade shows, etc.
• Controlling and supporting the projects according to the customer’s needs
• Coordinating the customer’s orders

Requirements:

• At least 2–3 years of relevant working experience in Semiconductor industry
• Good general PC Skills (MS-Office) and PC-knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Sales-oriented thinking, strong attention to details, and a structured and efficient way of working
• Microelectronics engineering and Electrical engineering are preferable
• Traveling for overseas work trip
• Very good communication skills to effectively interact with clients and co-workers
• Past work experience in wafer test/final test related products for the semiconductors industry are preferable

The Robotics Solutions Sales Manager is a strategic and enthusiastic solutions driver who puts our customers at the core of everything we do. This role is responsible for developing industry-specific relationships, driving revenue by negotiating and optimizing complex opportunities, and using data and analytics to build a consultative solution for our customers. The Robotics Solutions Sales Manager will establish and strengthen key customer and channel partner relationships with a focus on driving revenue. This role is based in Singapore and will require regional travel.

Job Description

Regional Market

• Proactively make outbound calls, maintain follow-ups with regional partners, and conduct market research on potential leads to drive significant pipeline growth within the assigned region.
• Spearhead high-profile sales pitches and maintain positive customer/partner relations to achieve long-term partnerships.
• Support execution of strategic sales plan and setup of international sales network
• Work with existing products/services to find new channels and markets for distribution.

Singapore Market

• In charge of tenders, project quotations-related matters of assigned accounts.
• Responsible for service delivery of customer accounts and prioritization of work requests including full control and ownership of all escalations and issues.
• Accountable for establishing and achieving pipeline targets and coordinating related activities in alignment with management-approved objectives.
• Initiate cross-departmental alignments to achieve outstanding solutions and services for the customers.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Business/Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3-5 Year(s) of working experience in B2B sales and account management, preferably in tech or healthcare industry.
• Proven sales track record and hunter mindset.
• Proven troubleshooting skills within a support environment, including a strong sense of commitment and drive towards incident resolution.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and service management skills.
• Must be able to travel overseas to develop channel distribution network.
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Teams
• A team player with excellent time management skills.
