Job Description – Sales Executive (Offline Channel)
Athena Partners facilitiates emerging Consumer Brands to enter the Singapore Market. In addition to the online stores in all marketplaces like Amazon, Lazada, Shopee, Athena boasts of having 100+ retail stores in and around Singapore that carry the products.
Athena is sourcing for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executive to maintain and grow our offline sales by working closely with partner retail stores.
Athena entrusts this potential Sales Exectuive to enhance its revenue month by month.
Specific Responsibilities
1. Regularly visit existing partner stores as per the visit plan provided by
the Sales Manager
2. Engage with the person in-charge at the partner store and:
a. Ensure best visibility for our products in the store
b. Help display the Company Marketing Material - posters, wobblers, Shelf strips in respective stores
c. Count the current inventory of our products at the store
d. Follow up for payment and ensure timely cash collection
3. Source and Sign-up new stores based on the guidelines provided by
the Company. Conduct market research and analysis to identify
potential prospects, conduct outreach to drive sales.
4. Nurture and develop relationships with owner and staff at the retail
store
5. Engage with the retail partners and monitor customer feedback,
reviews and ratings to identify areas of improvement and implement
strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
6. Meet and/or exceed allocated monthly sales quota on an ongoing
basis
7. Be creative and suggest Potential Measures for Cost Cutting
8. Provide daily reports, feedback, dashboard to the Sales Manager
9. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager
Qualifications and Experience
1. At least 2 years of experience field sales, preferably in FMCG industry
2. Have existing relationships with retail stores in Singapore
3. Good track record in meeting sales quota and cash collection
4. Able to communicate in English and/or Tamil
5. Basic IT skills like MS Office (Word and Excel) and email
6. Must have authorization to legally work in Singapore
Compensation and Benefits
1. Remuneration in commensurate with credentials

Working hours:
1. Monday - Friday: 10am - 6pm
2. Flexible Work Arrangements (including part-time) are available
