This is a hybrid full-time position, based in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be able to build rapport easily, be customer-obsessed, and have a growth mindset. The purpose of this role is to be the first point of contact for incoming leads and potential clients, ensuring a smooth customer experience across a variety of Crimson programs.

What are the main responsibilities for this role?

• Managing, contacting, and qualifying inbound warm/hot leads
• Providing resources to leads to inform them of opportunities with Crimson
• Working as part of a high performing team to provide the best experience to potential Crimson students

What skills and experience are required?

• Making calls and responding to enquiries from leads to qualify them for sales processes, ensuring that data is diligently, accurately entered and managed within Crimson’s Client Relations Management (CRM) system Salesforce
• Updating the record of these leads and tracking their movements to the next stage of the sales pipeline in Salesforce
• Track Crimson events and plan accordingly to reach out to the event leads
• Schedule meetings for the leads to meet with Crimson’s Academic Advisors and Country Manager
• Planning and running local events to increase brand awareness for Crimson
• Establish, develop and maintain positive and professional customer interactions and relationships for Crimson
• Continuously improving sales techniques, processes and enhancing industry knowledge
• Engaging in outreach activities such as presenting at school talks, careers expos, and Crimson seminars when required
• Attending industry events as required
• Collating fortnightly sales reports in an accurate and concise manner for management

What skills and experience are required?

• Proficient in Mandarin and English - Spoken/Written

What are the main responsibilities for this role?

• Reporting and Documentation: Generate reports and extract data pertaining to leads from both event and non-event sources. Sort and extract data from event reports and registration lists.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads, interactions, and progress in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with the necessary information and support during the sales process, including (but not limited to) generating service agreements, taking down meeting minutes, and providing reports.
• Office Maintenance: Oversee general office maintenance, including ordering supplies, coordinating repairs, and ensuring a tidy and welcoming workspace.
• Coordination with Internal Teams: Liaise with different departments to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• General Administrative Support: Assist with other administrative tasks, such as managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, and supporting office operations as needed.

• Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
• Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides and CRM software is a plus.

Requirements

• 1 year of related experience is required
• Proficient in MS Excel (V-Lookup, Pivot Table, and doing general calculation) is a plus

Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Order processing: check order mail, enter order ERP, check stock, enquiries on how & what to order, quotation, shipment, customs clearance, prepayments.
• Support sales lead management activities in CRM and prepare leads after events/exhibits, prepare for bulk upload.
• New Partner sign-up: prepare agreement & conduct credit insurance check, track clauses changes, create partner in ERP, update in APAC partner list, update marketing partner list (global), create on website, send invitation for partner portal, send welcome e-mail.
• Support partner communications on product and policy releases and updates.
• Loaners: check availability, prepare agreement and proforma invoice, ERP loan transfer, follow-up return with partners.
• Support marketing efforts by helping with webinars, partner events set-up, exhibits help & participation, giveaway, brochure ordering, etc.
