Currencies Sales Associate - APAC ex. Japan

• We are looking to add an Associate to our Foreign Exchange (FX) Sales team in Singapore, covering clients in a wide range of geographies across the Asia-Pacific region (excluding Japan).

Job Description

• Drive revenue growth for our organization and the businesses we support by managing the entire customer lifecycle mainly around renewal and expansion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Improve performance of our clients IP and R&D workflow in a client-centric manner
• Adopt a data-driven approach of sales funnel management and account management with accurate forecasting.
• Demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to your book of business, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve client issues
• Conduct professional negotiation of commercial agreements.
• Conduct customer onboarding meetings and quarterly business reviews.
• Develop new business in life-science industry with the region’s leading enterprises from big enterprises to promising SMEs.
• Keep up to date with all major product updates for the ability to articulate their value to our clients.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5-10 years of relevant work experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a sales or account management capacity.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools.
• Experience with sales force automation tools and customer relationship management best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
