Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced Channel Sales Representative to manage and expand our distributor network in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will develop strong relationships with existing distributors and drive channel sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a channel sales strategy to meet/exceed sales targets in Southeast Asia.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new distributors.
• Provide training/support to distributors on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
• Collaborate on joint marketing/sales initiatives.
• Monitor distributor performance, providing feedback/guidance.
• Negotiate contracts/agreements with distributors.
