Job Description

• Proactively identify potential customers by exploring online business directories, leveraging referrals from current clients, and engaging in industry trade shows and conferences
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business
• Customize product solutions to suit the specific needs of clients.
• Post-sales technical assistance and product education.
• Work with the engineering team to understand the technical details of products and to resolve customer issues
• Monitor market trends, competitor products, and industry developments.
• Identify and suggest new product opportunities and improvements based on customer feedback and market demands.

Requirements

• At least one year of sales experience in a retail environment/role
• Fresh Grads are welcome
• Able to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer service oriented, good team player with multi-tasking capabilities
• Willingness to travel as needed.
