To strengthen our regional position, we are seeking a Inside Sales Coordinator to join our sales support centre, located at our production site in Laem Chabang Industrial Estate.

Contribute to the development and implementation of sales processes, this position reports to the Inside Sales Manager (Singapore office) by work together with the sales and relevant departments.

We looking for someone who is a team player, able to solve problems under pressure and meet deadlines. In addition, organizational skills, the ability to work with a minimum of supervision and a sense of loyalty are desirable.

Specifically, this role includes, but are not limited to the following Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Create quotation and documentation of transaction/ simple sales
• Order handling and processing in system (SAP)
• Customer coordination (e.g. logistics) and build good rapport with them
• Work closely with internal department/ offices towards customer’s expectation and satisfaction
• Handle documentation in project/ complex sales
• Any other business/ sales administrative and supporting tasks
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

Qualifications:

• Diploma
• Preferably 2-3 years related working experience
• Good command of written and spoken of English
• Team player and well organized
• Knowledgein SAP or similar ERP system will be an added advantage
• Diploma/ /Professional Certificate in Business Management/ Marketing or equivalent

Responsibilities:

· Participate in development of sales strategy within own area of responsibility and implementation in market.

Preferred Qualifications

· Diploma / Degree / Higher Technical Education in relevant field(s)

· Three (03) years of Equal / Relevant job experience, at employment.

· Good business sense, commercial and technical skills with relevant experience.

· Good planning skills, incl. Follow up and reporting (progress).

· Understanding of Economy.

· Good experience of project / service work and contract handling & management.

· Ability to express him / herself fluently both in written and verbal English.

· Flexible to work in non-business hours.

This position reports to the Head of ESL and assists in meeting the overall academic needs of students who are identified as needing English Language Support.

Responsibilities

• Give in-class language support to students with identified needs and co-teach and collaborate with the classroom teacher
• Deliver/Teach English Language Support lessons that support overall literacy and curriculum covered in English and other core subjects
• Gather research for use within ESL classes and deliver teaching that reflects best practices for differentiation and language teaching and learning
• Design tools for implementing learning strategies such as sticker charts, worksheets, cards, posters, etc. (This will involve printing and sometimes laminating)
• Make classroom observations on students, which will help determine whether they require support
• Maintain student data and information and make available to stakeholders
• Participate in staff meetings as directed by the Head of ESL
• Participate in ESL department meetings
• Conduct WIDA testing as and when needed for new students, during term time or during school holidays and assist with implementing assessment of ESL students
• Any ad-hoc academic duties as requested by Academic Directors
