Job Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Establish sales targets and ensure the team meets or exceeds these targets.
- Oversee the generation and follow-up of business leads locally and regionally.
- Contribute to client acquisition and retention by analyzing customer behavior, feedback, and market trends.
- Coordinate and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and key clients to ensure service excellence.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare and review sales proposals, quotations, and RFQs to ensure they meet customer requirements and company standards.
- Maintain and develop new business accounts to drive growth.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to sales staff.
- Collaborate with operations and other departments to ensure smooth implementation of sales strategies.
- Manage ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by senior management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in sales or healthcare are advantageous.
- At least 10 years of working experience.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare sector.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
