Job Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

• Assist the sales team in managing schedules, preparing reports, and handling documentation and presentations.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

• Update and maintain the CRM system with customer information, sales activities, and follow-ups.
• Generate and analyze CRM reports to support sales strategies and decision-making.

Administrative Tasks:

• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of sales-related documents and reports.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., marketing, finance) to ensure seamless operations.

Sales Analytics:

• Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Support the sales team with data analysis and insights to drive business growth.

Additional requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve growth and sales targets.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Understand and manage customer needs.
• Communicate customer’s requirements effectively to internal team.
• Prepare and present quotations.
• Lead and support operations team for customer’s prototype/sample build to mass production.
• Order entry, planning and monitoring of delivery schedule and commitments to customers.

• Participate in monthly stock takes to optimize inventory turnover.
