Administrative Sales Support: Provide administrative assistance for sales-related tasks, including system maintenance and data entry.
Customer Service Assistance: Directly engage with customers when necessary to address inquiries or concerns and provide support.
Collaboration with Procurement Team: Work closely with the procurement team to secure the best prices and terms to close sales deals.
Coordination with Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project expectations and ensure timely project completion.
Project Monitoring & Reporting: Track project progress, performance, and any issues, taking corrective actions as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
Delivery Arrangements: Organize delivery logistics, including DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) and sample shipments to customers.

Order Management: Manage local orders and international orders where no local office is available, ensuring seamless processing and fulfillment.
Artwork Briefing & Follow-up: Provide clear artwork briefs from the sales team to the design team and follow up on artwork progress.
Sales Order Monitoring: Track and monitor sales orders from initiation to fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Requirements:
